Welcome to Mr. Goess' English 10/Reading website.  English 10 is a course designed to continue to develop strengthening students' skills as both readers and writers.  Together, we will work on the skills students learned during 9th grade and continue to enhance them.  We will read class texts, nonfiction pieces, poems, plays, and focus on analyzing what we read through writing.  At the end of the year, students will submit a final portfolio showcasing their best work from September-June.
