• Peekskill High School’s School Leadership Team (SLT) is a representative group of administrators, teachers, school counselors, and clinical personnel.  The SLT works in collaboration with the high school principal to review, plan, and support the implementation of school academic, organizational, and professional learning goals.  Department Leaders serve as the core subcommittee of the SLT and meet weekly with the administrative team to discuss, review, and plan literacy initiatives, curriculum, programming, and professional development. 
     
    In August 2017 and the fall, the SLT met to create the School Leadership Plan to align with the District Mission and Aspirational goals related to improving student literacy across the content areas.  The PHS School Leadership Plan was presented to the Board of Education yearly.
