The Social Studies Honor Society will be selling 'Thank You Grams' May 17th -27th. Each message will cost $5.

This school year has been one for the history books! As a small gesture of gratitude, send a 'Thank You Gram' to the people (teachers, students, administrators, teaching assistants, and support staff!) that you helped you get through this year.

Please fill out this form with the message you would like to send and we will deliver the message along with chocolates or lollipops/chewy candy (your choice) to the person of your choosing on June 1st. Please stop by room 118 or 225 3:00pm to 3:15pm to pay once you place your order on this form. You will have until May 27th to order and pay.

Please Note:

-You should resubmit the form for each person you would like to purchase a 'Thank You Gram" for.
-Let us know if you would like to remain anonymous by indicating so on question 3.




La Sociedad de Honor de Estudios Sociales venderá Mesajes de 'Agradecimiento' del 17 al 27 de mayo. Cada mensaje costará $5.

¡Este año escolar ha sido uno para los libros de historia! Como un pequeño gesto de gratitud, envíe un 'agradecimiento' a las personas (maestros, estudiantes, administradores, asistentes de enseñanza y personal de apoyo) que lo ayudaron este año.

Por favor complete este formulario con el mensaje que le gustaría enviar y le entregaremos el mensaje junto con chocolates o piruletas/caramelos (su elección) a la persona que elija el 1 de junio. Visite el salón de clases 118 o 225 de 3:00 pm a 3:15 pm para pagar una vez que haga su pedido en este formulario. Tienen hasta el 27 de mayo para ordenar y pagar su orden.



Tenga en cuenta:

-Debe volver a entregar el formulario por cada persona para la que le gustaría comprar un mensaje.
-Si te gustaría permanecer anónimo indicándolo en la pregunta 3.
