The art department worked with the Hudson Valley Center for Contemporary Art to develop an artist residency program. The artist residency program was implemented as a way to bring local artists into the classroom to work with students on collaborative art pieces.
In the photo gallery above, during the 2017-2018 school year, 8th grade accelerated ceramics and studio art students worked with artist Lance Johnson to create a mural that will be perminantly installed at Peekskill Middle School.
