Hi there! This is my 11th year teaching and my 5th year teaching at Peekskill Middle School. I have taught in lots of different places over the years including at a hospital and in the state of Virginia. I have taught 2nd grade, 4th grade, and 6th grade. My favorite is 6th grade! I also love teaching ELA because of my passion for writing.  My favorite thing to read and write is poetry.

At home, I live with my two year old son, Dominic and my 11 year old beagle, Cassie.  Dominic and I love to read together.  I'm always looking for suggestions of fun books to read with him, so feel free to let me know of any of your favorites.

Some of my random favorite things: Gummi Bears, thunderstorms, unicorns, polka dots, reading, singing, writing poetry, Italian food, and watching Disney movies.
