Hello, my name is Phil Harrison and this is my 4th year teaching for the Peekskill City School District. I am currently teaching3rd, 4th and 5th grade Special Education at Hillcrest Elementary School. I grew up in Peekskill and also went to Hillcrest Elementary myself. I have taught in several different environments at many different grade levels. Previous to being here in Peekskill I taught 6^th, 7^th, and 8^th grade in The Bronx. I am excited to continue to have the opportunity to teach where I grew up and to give back to a community that I know and love. I am very much looking forward to working with your child this year.

I know this year will be very different from the norm that we are all accustomed to. Howver, we will work together to make this just as enriching, educational, and fun for your child as we possibly can.
