The Oakside School Learning Team is comprised of the principal, teacher leaders (literacy leaders and ENL leader), reading teachers, Framework Coach, and a teacher involved in writing curriculum for both math and ELA. The team meets on a regular basis throughout the school year. Team planning time is used to analyze data from various student assessments in order to create plans that will guide instructional practices to improve student learning. The team is devoted to fostering improvement through professional collaboration that enhances the educational interests of all students.
