The Peekskill Special Education PTO (S.E.P.T.O.) was formed in 2005 as a collaborative effort between parents and the Special Education Department to improve and enhance support for children with special needs in the Peekskill City School District. 
OUR MISSION: The mission of thePeekskill S.E.P.T.O. is to partner with the Special Education Department through networking opportunities with parents, teachers, and other professionals; to advance the quality and delivery of special education services; and to help parents understand special education issues through forums, discussion groups, and workshops.
