Pay for Student Meals Online

 

Dear Parent or Guardian,

Peekskill City School District is excited to offer MySchoolBucks®!  This online payment service provides a quick and easy way to add money to your student’s meal account using a credit/debit card or electronic check.

You can also view recent purchases, check balances, and set-up low balance alerts for FREE!

MySchoolBucks provides:

  • Convenience - Available 24/7 on the web or with the Mobile App for your iPhone, Android or Windows phone!
  • Efficiency - Make payments for all your students, even if they attend different schools within the district.  Eliminate the need for your students to take money to school.
  • Control - Set low balance alerts, view account activity, recurring/automatic payments & more!
  • Flexibility - Make payments using credit/debit cards and electronic checks.
  • Security – MySchoolBucks adheres to the highest security standards, including PCI and CISP.

Enrollment is easy!

  1. Go to MySchoolBucks or Peekskill District website link and register for a free account.
  2. You will receive a confirmation email with a link to activate your account.
  3. Add your students using their school name and student ID.

Things to know:

  • If you have more than one child in the District you can handle all online prepayments from the same online account.
  • In order to use the online prepayment service, a small convenience fee for each transaction will be assessed to cover the bank fees.  The convenience fee is $2.49 per deposit transaction.  Parents placing money into multiple meal accounts will only be assessed the $2.49 fee once per deposit transaction.  The Peekskill City School District, nor our Food Service Management Company, will not profit from the use of this site.  Please Note:  Each transaction total cannot exceed $120.  If you wish to make a payment of more than $120, the total must be split into multiple transactions.

Estimado padre o tutor,

El Distrito Escolar de Peekskill se complace en ofrecer ® MySchoolBucks! Este servicio de pago a través del Internet ofrece una manera rápida y fácil para pagar las comidas escolares de su estudiante usando una tarjeta de crédito/débito o cheque electrónico.

También puede ver las compras recientes, balances en la cuenta y recibir notificaciones cuando la cuenta baje de cierto balance!

MySchoolBucks proporciona:

  • Conveniencia – disponible 24/7 en la red o con la Aplicación móvil para su iPhone, Android o teléfono Windows.
  • Eficacia – Podrá hacer pagos para todos su(s) hijo/a(s), incluso si ellos asisten a distintas escuelas dentro del distrito. Eliminar la necesidad de su(s) hijo/a(s) llevar dinero a la escuela.
  • Control – establece alertas de balance cuando la cuenta baja a cierto nivel de dinero que usted haya establecido, ver la actividad de cuenta, pagos recurrentes/automático y más!
  • Flexibilidad – hacer pagos por medio de tarjeta de crédito/débito o cheques electrónicos.
  • Seguridad – MySchoolBucks se adhiere a los más altos estándares de seguridad, incluyendo PCI y CISP.

La inscripción es fácil!

  1. Visite a MySchoolBucks y inscríbete para obtener una cuenta gratuita.
  2. Recibirá un correo electrónico (email) de confirmación con un enlace para activar su cuenta.
  3. Podrá añadir al estudiante utilizando el nombre de la escuela, y número de identificación escolar.

Información adicional:

  1. Si usted tiene más de un hijo/a en el Distrito, usted puede manejar todos los pre-pagos electrónicos desde la misma cuenta electrónica.
  2. Para utilizar el servicio de pago en línea, pagara una pequeña comisión por cada transacción para cubrir los gastos bancarios. El costo es de $2.49 por transacción de depósito. Los padres que colocan dinero en varias cuentas de comida sólo tendrán un cargo por transacción de depósito. El Distrito Escolar de Peekskill y nuestra empresa de servicios de alimentos no se beneficiarán de este servicio. Tenga en cuenta: Cada transacción total no puede exceder más de $120. Si usted desea hacer un pago de más de $120, el total debe ser dividido en varias transacciones.
