It is with profound sadness that we learned of the tragic loss of one of our out-of-district students in a fire last evening. On behalf of the entire Peekskill City School District, I extend our deepest condolences to the student's family and loved ones, as well as all those affected by this tragedy. No words can adequately express the sorrow felt when a young life is lost, and our hearts are with the family as they navigate this unimaginable loss. We ask that everyone respect the family's privacy as they grieve. We recognize that many students, staff members and families may be grieving and seeking support during this difficult time. Counseling and support services are available to anyone in need. Please contact your child’s school by calling the main office, or contact the Special Services Department. The Peekskill community has always shown tremendous strength and care for one another in times of hardship. We will continue to support one another and honor the memory of our student.

The Parent Portal provides parents/guardians the ability to view their children’s attendance, report card, progress report, and grades. It is very easy to use, secure and confidential. The Parent Portal helps students succeed. To get started, parents need to create an account with the District. Complete the Parent Portal Request Form (link below) to have an account created.
The District Technology Office will email you an access code and instructions to log on to the Parent Portal. That’s it!
