Welcome to Mrs. Moffett's music class page!

I am thrilled to be teaching at Woodside Elementary School.

I will be teaching all of the kindergarten and first-grade classes.

My teaching consists of a mixed approach consisting of singing together with movement and instrument playing.

Some of the things your child will be learning this year will also include reading and notating music, listening to, analyzing and describing music, understanding relationships between music, the other arts, and disciplines outside the arts, understanding music in relation to history, culture, and literacy.

Please feel free to reach out to me with any questions at my email address: amoffett@peekskillschools.org
